Drawing insights from McKinsey, Deloitte, Qualtrics, Gallup, Gartner, and Prosci. Lucy employs proven strategies to co-create a flourishing workplace that attracts, retains, and empowers top talent.

Research reveals what’s hidden - including gaps and opportunities, enabling more informed decisions on investments impacting wellbeing at work and in our communities. The goal for design is to synthesize insights and craft recommendations for experiences that not only meet immediate needs but also resonate on a deeper emotional level with the target audience, ensuring a lasting positive impact and alignment with the client’s objectives.

  • Build + Lead

Bringing a strategy or vision to life, or implementing a new program, requires an experienced builder and people connector with a solid background in project and program management.

    Services include:

    Project Management

Program development, concept pilot design and testing.

And if things fall apart, organizations in crisis need experienced support to rebuild, transform and move forward in ship-shape.

    Services include :

    Interim and fractional nonprofit leadership

A full workplace wellbeing assessment with recommendations roadmap is critical to guide clients safely through crisis and inform decision making.

  • Transform

Few organizations navigate change well. A Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner focuses on the people side of change (i.e. human values, desires, beliefs and behavior), embedding research-backed methodologies and models throughout projects to ensure initiatives are culturally aware and meet objectives on time and on budget, and with the least amount of resistance.

Depending on the size of the project, a change practitioner may also be the project manager, or they may work alongside the project manager. Either way, a change practitioner increases adoption and desired engagement six times greater than projects without it.

    Services include:

    Change program planning and roadmap

Change strategy design, implementation, monitoring and assessments

Change enablement planning (training and communications planning) to achieve lasting transformation

Change coaching. A great choice for those who aren't in the market for a full change management program, but want advice and feedback, and have a desire to learn best practices in real time

An experience strategist and designer, and a certified change practitioner with a warm, energetic, 'power-with' relationship style, Lucy creates change experiences and outcomes that are good for the bottom line and bring health and wholeness to people and the planet.
